IMPORTANT - Factory Reset After SBC1000 Upgrade
Please be aware that an issue has emerged with upgrading certain SBC1000 devices where the SBC will apply a factory default configuration after an upgrade. This means unless DHCP is enabled on the network you'll need to physically connect to the SBC to re-run the initial IP setup
Sonus are going to release a 5.0.4 version of code that prevents this factory reset from occurring. There are NO immediate timelines however the release IS imminent!
This does NOT apply to SBC2000
